The villa features a peaceful courtyard that provides lots of shade, as well as a swimming pool with full-length in-pool seating. The covered terrace area has sofas and ceiling fans and it is a great spot to spend your days in. There is also a BBQ so you can enjoy delectable fresh seafood without leaving the premise. A perimeter wall is enclosing the beautifully landscaped garden that features exotic Thai sculptures and bas-reliefs. The second garden runs the length of the opposite perimeter wall, with large golden statues and tropical plantings, providing privacy and a tranquil environment.

The house has been newly redecorated with Thai silks and rugs. There are four bedrooms, all containing double beds, en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and wardrobes.
