Set on two levels, the main house offers you 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an American Queen sized bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There's a fully equipped kitchen with the full complement of appliances, crockery and cutlery and glassware for up to 12 diners. Stainless Steel gas BBQ on the terrace next to the kitchen.

It features a large living room, a dining room, and a spacious deck on all sides, perfect for outdoor living.
You can watch the soothing ocean, dolphins at play, spectacular sunsets while keeping an eye on the kids in the large rock pool and stunning garden.

A separate annex of 2 bedrooms with en-suite is located in the back garden. All bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and ceiling fans. The annex features a large covered veranda, suitable for teen activities such as: pingpong, football table, trampoline, music etc; just far enough not be heard.

A Satellite TV, DVD, music dock and many card and board games provide entertainment.
The villa has a spectacular and safe private ocean pool, perfect for swimming and snorkelling, a private beach area, private yard and secure parking space.

All in all, an exciting ocean front property totalling some 5000 m2, providing space, seclusion, privacy, and tranquility.

The local staff (house Keeper and gardener) live on the compound. Eva cleans the villa daily, and Gibson looks after the garden and security.

There are wonderful activities and sights not too far away including scuba diving, game fishing, golf, eco-tours, kayaking and horse riding. Rent a car or private driver and take a tour around the island or charter the helicopter. He can pick you up on your beach for a sightseeing tour. Or take a leisurely trip to town to see Port Vila's colourful markets and do a little souvenir shopping.
