Located less than 200m from the golden sands of Manly Beach, Manly Oasis is a fabulous 4 bedroom home with all the comforts that you would expect to find in a house of this quality.
Manly Oasis is available for stays ranging from 2 nights through to 2 months over the summer peak period. It is not available for any type of wedding/party/function or bucks/hens events.
The house is over 4 levels with the top floor containing the master bedroom, and ensuite. The 2nd level of the house is the heart of the house with all of the Kitchen/living/Dining and entertaining areas that open out to a beautiful courtyard that faces north looking over towards Manly Beach. The entrance level of the house has 3 more bedrooms and the ground floor has another lounge/TV room for the younger generation to get away to.
Manly Beach is literally less than 200m from the house so you can hear the sound of rolling waves at any time of the day and.

Pricing
Rates from 1,219 AUD to 1,654 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 1,000 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 500 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
$1000 cash bond or credit card authorisation is to be provided to cover any loss, damage or breakages and additional services as required by the guest. Charges will be applied to the security deposit/credit card to cover these costs where warranted, after your departure. Please note: Keys cannot be handed over without a security deposit.
Cancellation by guest money paid is not refundable if cancelled by guest, unless the property is re-let for the entire period. In this instance the guest will be refunded the number of nights the property is re-booked for up to the value of the original booking less $220.00 administration fee, this will also apply in times of Death and all efforts will be made to re book the property.
