Pricing
Rates from 150 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 750 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 120 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Prices start from $95 AUD per night, long stay, low season
to $200 AUD per night for last minute 2-3 night stays.
Average: $150 per night.
Parking: $25 per night, $15 per night 7+ long stay. (currently not avaiable
Security deposit payable 7 days prior to arrival: $750 AUD.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellations notified within 30 days prior to arrival day, or thereafter, will forfeit all monies paid unless we are able to re-book your entire stay to another group at full tariff and is subject to a cancellation fee of $250.

* PLEASE NOTE: headroom in the garage is only 1750mm high (which is quite low).
Does not fit a van or perhaps a 4WD. Garage is lockable and in a security car park under building.
