Heres where you go to get away from it all! Kokomo is the quintessential beach shack in the perfect beachside location. You wont need the car as you are just 500m to the cafes and shops at Dromana and close to the foreshore, playground and beach.

Sleeping up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms, the house includes:

- Polished timber floors throughout
- Beautiful decor with new furniture
- Lounge with TV + DVD
- Dining space with doors leading out to shady verandah with additional dining space
- Kitchen overlooking back garden
- 3 bedrooms
- Laundry with washing machine
- Main bathroom with shower over bath and toilet
- 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet

Sleeping configuration:
Bedroom 1 - queen bed
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of single bunks (sleeping 4) with TV
Sofa bed in lounge - sleeping 2

Families are welcome and portacot and high-chair are available upon request.

- Alfresco covered dining deck
- Large, shady double carport with extra outdoor setting overlooking backyard
- Cubby house with sandpit and toys
- Fully fenced yard
- Off street parking for car, jetski or boat

Kokomo is perfect for couples, mature groups, families and fur babies. It is 500m from the leash free Dromana dog park if your dog likes to socialise on holidays!
