The unit has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a tribunk ( double bed on the bottom and a single on top ). Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. This unit has ceiling fans available
Small block of units, located on the street side of the building with no views or balcony.
Unit does have an outside shared laundry.

Rates from 176 AUD to 180 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 50 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Please note:
- There may be a security deposit and cleaning fee required for this property.
- Cancellations: In the event of you cancelling your holiday booking for any reason whatsoever, it will be a condition that no refund will be made unless, and until, the premises are re-let by one booking for the full rental period. A service fee of $75 will apply to all cancelled bookings. The booking fee is also non-refundable. If the property is not relet the deposit is forfeited. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable
- No applicant under the age of 25 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by an adult. No group bookings for under 25s are permitted.
- We have the right to cancel the booking immediately and the full amount of the accommodation will be refunded.
- The owner's fee is included in the cleaning fee.
