We also provide you with breakfast provisions, including fresh local bakery bread, milk, jam, tea and coffee! The living area has a smart TV and a wood fireplace, perfect for watching your favourite shows together on cool evenings.

Downstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms, with an ensuite off the master bedroom and another beautifully modern bathroom and toilet.

Go down some more steps, and you'll love the huge rumpus/bedroom, with a TV, couches, bunk bed and sofa pull out - ideal for a kid/teen hangout or even a couple's retreat! The room opens onto the outdoor dining area downstairs, with a grassy area for the kids to play in.

Your private jetty berth is located right next to the ferry, making it convenient to leave your boat during your stay to explore the Gippsland Lakes with ease.
