Please Read the following Rules: No Schoolie groups or Buck Party groups.

There is space for one infant (travel cot/bassinet) in the main bedroom. The second queen bedroom is smaller with limited space and a small travel cot/bassinet will only fit by moving the bed to the side - please take note if you are wanting to accommodate 2 infants in cots.

Please limit smoking to the deck and garden areas.

No excessive noise, loud music or antisocial behaviour.

When entering and exiting the property please do so in a quiet manner so as not to disturb our neighbours. Please limit noise on the deck from 9pm.

Please inform your host if you intend bringing your dog. Limit of 2 dogs only. Trained dogs are most welcome (Quiet dogs only - Please no persistent barkers). The guesthouse has access to the front yard only - the yard is grassed, secure and fully fenced (fence height is 1.2 metres). Your dog is welcome to sleep inside during the day and night. Please lock your dog in the house when you are not at home, especially if your dog tends to bark when left alone. Please bring your own pet bedding. Pet feeding bowls are supplied. On departure please minimise pet hair loss and collect dog waste in plastic bag and dispose of in red bin in courtyard.

Please bring beach towels.

No parking on property - You are welcome to park your car on the concrete driveway outside the front gate. There is also plenty of street parking.
