The Stone Cottage, built to last forever from local granite & beautiful recycled timbers. This truly is a majestic place to stay. An ideal retreat for couples or small families, enjoy the freedom of the outdoors, have a picnic next to the vineyards or just enjoy the atmosphere whilst dining in the gazebo.
You are only a short drive to the historic township of Milton where you can wander for hours through the boutiques, art galleries and dine at one of the many cafes & restaurants.
Drive another few minutes and you are on the sands at Mollymook Beach.
This property and its location really does have it all.
Includes gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, flat screen digital TV, air conditioning & combustion fire.
Please note the shed on the property is not included

This property is pet friendly (outside only) however, please note that the property is not fully enclosed.
A minimum charge applies to bookings of less than 7 days duration.
Easter Period 2019 must arrive on WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY/SATURDAY.
High Peak and Peak season must arrive/depart on Saturday.

- Cleaning Fee: 55 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
