Spacious open plan living area including kitchen, dining lounge and sitting room provides plenty of living space for up to eight people. A barbecue is located on the lower level front deck and you can select either the front or back decks for outdoor dining.

All living and bedrooms are located on the one level with the garage below them. Air Conditioning to Main Living area, Ceiling fans in bedrooms, 2 small Oil Heaters.

Seaview Street is a highly sought after location being approximately ten minutes walk to Mollymook Beach, Beachside Golf Course and only a few minutes drive to the Ulladulla CBD.
