Covered outdoor entertaining area at the front of the home looks out to the Golf Course and Ocean beyond. Separate living/games room is all set up for the kids and big kids at heart with an additional sofa bed.
Fully fenced yard allows a safe environment for kids and the family pet. Plenty of room for a boat behind the gates, and only a short walk to Mollymook Beach, Cafes and Golf Club.
