Ideal for a weekend getaway, or a long beachside holiday, this exquisite coastal home has everything you need. Boasting polished timber floors, dual family living areas & separate guest studio. With an open plan, the highly appointed kitchen flows seamlessly to living, dining & alfresco pool areas. The modern kitchen is fully self-contained and includes top of the range Smeg appliances, with a large butlers pantry, ample cupboard space and an expansive island bench to gather around.

The breath-taking master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan and a very spacious ensuite and bath. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and ceiling fan; bedrooms 3 & 4 include queen size beds and ceiling fans. The additional guest studio features a queen bed & ensuite with separate access (if required).

This magnificent residence also features an inground pool, a small putting green, media room/2nd living area, modern appliances, privacy and amenities. WIFI, FOXTEL & NETFLIX ARE INCLUDED. Linen is not supplied however we do have a linen hire company to assist with supply for the duration of your stay. They also offer (for a small fee) a service to make up all the beds.

Unfortunately no parties or functions are permitted in the property, there are however numerous restaurants/clubs & resorts nearby. The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately 40 minutes drive north with Byron Bay only 40 minutes south. Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast is becoming the hottest holiday destination on the East Coast, so please come and see what the fuss is about!

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included unless otherwise stated in the advertised description. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.
