Malibu House is located on the beach side of Salt Village, a masterplan community nestled between the beach and creek of Kingscliff with a central village full of restaurants, cafes and a tavern that all look over Salt Village central park.

Salt Surf Club patrols the beach every day of the year. With a open floor plan, modern decor overlooking the pool you will be sure to enjoy your private air conditioned accommodation.

The ground floor guest room has access to its own bathroom and is light and airy with timber french doors, the air conditioned master bedroom is on the top level and alone is the size of a hotel suite and is home to a spa in the ensuite, a lounge, television and a balcony to relax in the warmth of the winter sun.

The corridor leading to the two other bedrooms is louvred for the elements to be your best friend with the cool south breezes, both bedrooms are serviced by a main bathroom with separate toilets.

This home is inviting for two families to enjoy or a family with a nanny who would enjoy the privacy of the ground floor.

The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by 10am which includes removing rubbish from the property, washing and drying all dishes, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller, microwave and of course do not forget the BBQ.

There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included unless otherwise stated in the advertised description. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.

In the case of Pet friendly accommodation, a charge of $120 is applicable per animal, for the duration of the stay.
