With tailored furnishings throughout, the kitchen is beautifully appointment and equipt for pool side dining with a seamless flow between indoor and out door dining areas. The master suite on the ground floor is ensuited with the most comfortable King size bed for you to sleep dreamily to the ocean sounds. With direct pool access you can maximise the summer evenings with a swim under the stars. Perfectly configured for couples to enjoy a holiday together with having plenty of living areas to find quiet times of reading, relaxing or sitting around with cool drinks and a BBQ.

The ground floor is also home to the poolside suite that has a queen bed, private entrance and pool views. The main bathroom is open plan with a deep bath to soak your sun kissed skin after a day on the beach which is only a hundred or so metres from your front door. The upper levelhas two queens sized beds andone bedroom has direct access to the gorgeous sunny top deck that show cases out door living like no other with an external stair case that meets the pool. The retreat lounge area is perfect to take in the ocean breezes on the east facing out door lounge terrace to soak up the ocean sounds, breezes and sun

Be sure to book around the full moon as it certainly will put on a show from the terrace.

If you want to spoil or surprise one another, walk along the beach to the famous Finns restaurant which serves gourmet meals from local seafood and produce that people travel the world to experience. The village includes a variety of retail stores, a tavern, cafes, restaurants, day spas and hair salons to indulge in. Kingscliff central is a short stroll north along the beach where the Cudgen creek meets Dreamtime beach.

The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc.

Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by 10am, on some occasions late check out can be arranged

All bookings are subject to the holiday letting terms and conditions.There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours.

Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.
