The Studio is dramatically different to other B&Bs.

With its soaring ceiling, raw brick walls and timber flooring, it's a place of comfort, space, cleanliness and privacy, with unsurpassed our attention to detail.

The two-storey Studio is separated from the house by a 25-metre garden. It's quiet. We give you the key to the door. You come and go as you please.

At the foyer entry level is a bathroom, toilet and laundry. Upstairs, the large open-living space includes a fully equipped kitchenette, separate dining and lounge areas, and a work desk. The screened bedroom area includes a Queen-size bed, bedside tables, a coat rack, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

There's Wi-Fi, an inter-com, a wide-screen TV and DVD library, a radio, travel guides, a paperback collection and tourist brochures. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeps you cool in summer, warm in winter.

Bet's B&B Studio is the perfect base to explore Sydney. It's close to public transport to the city - bus and light rail - and conveniently located just minutes from Annandale's shops, cafes and restaurants.

From Bet's B&B Studio it's:

FIVE minutes' walk to Annandale's shops, cafes, restaurants and the 470 bus stop to the city;
TEN minutes' walk to the 12 restaurants at the historic Tramsheds, the Rozelle Bay light rail station and the Foreshore Walk;
FIFTEEN minutes' by taxi to the White Bay Cruise Terminal;
TWENTY-FIVE minutes' by bus to Circular Quay, the Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge:
THIRTY minutes' by taxi to Sydney Airport; and
SIXTY minutes' by bus to Coogee Beach.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Peak Season (November January)
If you cancel your booking less than 60 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is equivalent to two (2) nights' stay

Non-Peak Season (February October)
If you cancel your booking less than 30 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is equivalent to one (1) nigh'ts stay.
