A pre-authorised PROPERTY BOND is required on the day of check-in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided there no additional charges/fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
-Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid.
- Cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation/cancellation fee to cover the loss of booking income and administration.
Special Events or Peak Season bookings - Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Any cancellations made after 1 week of booking will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation-cancellation fee to cover the loss of booking income and administration.
PLEASE NOTE - Last Minute Online Bookings & Same Day Arrivals:
If your Booking Request is for the same day arrival, our cut -off time for accepting your Booking Reservation is 2pm on your arrival day.
This is to ensure the property is ready for your arrival and check-in process is completed.
Any Bookings Confirmed after 2pm may not be accepted and access to the property may not be granted.

The house is new, very neat and tidy. You've got everything you need in this house. Transportation is not a problem as long as you've got your own car. The instruction for gaining access to the house was very clear that you won't have problem entering the house. Five minute drive to the nearest shopping centre in Merrylands and 35 min drive to Syd CBD. 9 min walk to the nearest Coles Express. Tranquil neighbourhood.
