ACCOMMODATION
The house has just been stylishly renovated with a large outdoor rear verandah and deck. There are 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people. Great for families or 3 couples wanting some private time away. The 2 front bedrooms both have queen beds and the 3rd room has a Tri bunk set. There are also 2 day lounges in the TV area that can sleep 2 singles - good for children if you got stuck.

The Kitchen area flows out to the back verandah and this is the real central hub of the house. Watch everyone outside on the lawns or cook up a feast on the BBQ.

The house is pet friendly so for those wanting to take the dogs, they are welcome here as long as they are on a leash when walking to and from the beach. There are times and areas when the dogs are allowed to have a good run on the beach.

The house is on more than 1200m of perfect flat land making it the ideal location for children to run and play. It would have to be the safest holiday destination in Sydney as the only way to get to the house is by boat and there are no cars here at all.

Available all year round, Aub and Ethels is perfect for those wanting to escape Sydney but to still be in Sydney.
