This idyllic 2-storey home is an easy access to some of the top restaurants and cafes in all of Sydney. When it comes to shopping, you'll be covered thanks to Westfield Bondi Junction. This is one of Australia's largest and most luxurious shopping centres filled with designer stores, boutique stores, restaurants and cafes, and numerous services. This is your one-stop shop for all your grocery and shopping needs! Off-street parking is not available, however, parking is unrestricted on the street on Hastings Parade. There is also an abundance of public transport surrounding the property on adjacent streets.

This space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a Hens or Bucks weekend also this property is catered to families and children, its fitted out so you don't need to bring anything if you have small children.
