The typical limestone property is beautifully presented with a timeless monochrome palette of natural fabrics with accents of green succlents, raw timber and marble that really take the interior to the next level in style.

Set in established gardens and in a quiet court, when staying you are far from the hustle and bustle of life in the main village but close enough to everything you need to make your holiday perfect, winter or summer.

Walking up the steps to the front door the entertaining deck at the front of the house is canopied by trees to keep you cool in the summer (There is also a cosy rear deck with bar type seating and bbq close to the dining room and kitchen).

Walking into this well thought out holiday rental property you are greeted with a classic hallway of grey wooden floors and a spacious interior opening out into a large dining room for 8 guests with TV for that extra level of entertainment.

There is a large gourmet kitchen with bench seating including Nespresso Coffee Machine and the usual appliances.

The area is the perfect gathering place for groups to cook, chat and toast to their holiday.

In the lounge room it has large comfortable sofas (one of which converts to extra bedding) and huge 65" flatscreen Smart TV with Netflix available perfect to sit back and relax. In fact, this house has a TV in every room, perfect for everyone to have their own space.

-Bedrooms-
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is located at the front of the house with its own ensuite with views overlooking the garden. It includes a 36" TV with Chrome Cast.

The other two bedrooms both have Queen Beds with fitted robes and 43" Smart TVs and are located on the other side of the house in a separate wing.

Additional bedding is available as a sofa bed in the lounge.

-Bathrooms-

The property has two bathrooms. An ensuite attached to the master bedroom at the front of the house. The second bathroom is shared and located between the other two bedrooms in another wing of the house. There is a large laundry including washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

There is space for 3 cars to park comfortably in the driveway.

Please note that although the property welcomes pets and pets are welcome inside, the garden is not fenced. Please bring your own bedding and bowls. Do not allow pets on furniture or beds.

Garden: There is a large garden with native plantings but no fencing so is NOT SECURE for pets. There is a pet friendly beach not far from the property.
