Take a stroll to get breakfast at one of the many cafes or pick up some items to cook at home in the large fully equipped kitchen, including full size fridge, dishwasher and oven.
This house boasts 3 bedrooms, outdoor living and separate dining area. It's pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed during each booking. The property is fully fenced so you know your pet will be safe and there is a dog beach just a short walk away.
This home is predominantly on one level with a second living area at the back of the property, there is ramp access to all areas accessible to people of all abilities.
Linen is included and Wifi is available on request at this property.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy
as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pricing
Rates from 100 AUD to 172 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 204 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
