The bedrooms, bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living area are all located on the main floor, then venture downstairs to the large open basement that has been set up with a second TV so the kids can play amongst themselves. This then opens out onto the backyard where you can sit and relax in the garden.
The front yard has been paved so you can enjoy evening dinners under the shade of the sail. The backyard has a large grass area where you can let your furry family member play; this property is pet friendly and fully fenced!
You are a short 200 meter walk to the beach, Coles, local shops and restaurants are less than a minute's drive away or a small walk if you're game. Laguna Park is located at the end of the street and Pirate Park is a 5 minute drive away, both great for kids of all ages.
There is 1 garaged car space and 1 carport as well as room for more cars to pack in tandem down the side of the home.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy
as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Rates from 160 AUD to 467 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 224 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances.
