Drive down into this three bedroomed beach cottage set close to the Rye back beach and you enter a secluded garden sanctuary.

This property is an 18 minute walk to the Peninsula Coastal Walk which runs from St Andrews Beach to Sorrento.

This recently renovated cottage has focused the refurbishment primarily on the private and secluded garden. It has been landscaped with indigenous native plants that surround a central fire pit (perfect for winter entertaining), alongside is an undercover area walled on one side with citrus trees. In addition a large private deck houses an outdoor spa and is positioned perfectly for the afternoon sun, relax in cape cod style chairs and sun loungers . There are so many outdoor areas here, choose from the secluded spa deck, undercover garden/dining room with bbq, the fire pit and seating area or maybe you prefer the sunny side garden with further seating and dining surrounded by a passionfruit trellis - this nook is a perfect reading spot. Wherever you choose to sit it will be perfect for those evenings listening to the sound of the surf and drinking your favourite tipple while relaxing. The cottage interior has been painted extensively inside with white vaulted ceilings in contrast to the red brick walls. Decorated in a contemporary cottage design, all the furniture is newly installed and the owners have ensured it has all the comforts and space for a large family or group of friends.

-Living-
Walk into the large lounge and dining with open fire and sliding doors opening to the sunny side deck. The large lounge dining has stylish furniture and the kitchen area is light and bright with aspects out to the rear garden. A flatscreen TV with foxtel and wifi gives you all the mod cons. There is a study/library with desk if you need to work or easy chair for a read in a quiet spot.

-Bedding Configuration-
The three bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate up to six guests with king beds or twin singles in two of the rooms. All rooms have built in wardrobes. Bedding Configuration options are:

2 King Beds and 1 Queen Bed
1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and 2 King Singles
1 Queen Bed and 4 King Singles

-Bathrooms-
There is one central bathroom with shower and a separate laundry with washer/dryer.

-Heating and Cooling-
Cooling: Reverse cycle in the lounge and overhead fans in the bedrooms.
Heating: Log fire in the lounge plus reverse cycle heater. Additional heaters in each bedroom.

To the side of the house is a games room with table tennis table to keep the kids entertained.

Please Note - this is self catering accommodation the room is not serviced on a daily basis. However, all linen, towels, basic kitchen provisions and toiletries are supplied for your arrival. However, logs are not provided for the fireplace but can be ordered as an add-on when booking.

Photography - photography is continually kept up to date when major changes to properties are made, however, minor changes in furniture or bedding may vary from the current photography.

-Pet Friendly-
Please note that the property welcomes pets with a large garden surrounding the house for pets to roam freely. Pets are welcome inside. Please bring your own bedding and bowls. Do not allow pets on furniture or beds.

Garden: Garden is made up of native plantings (no grass). There are many gravel paths. (please check this and clean up after your pets)
Fencing: Fully fenced garden with various fence sizes including 6ft and 4 ft fencing.
