Rest @ Rye Beach House is a beautifully renovated and comfortable 4 bedroom holiday house, which sleeps 10 people and is perfect for families, couples, or small friend groups.

It has a lovely garden aspect, with deck and BBQ, the lounge has a large flat screen TV and new gas fireplace, air-conditioning and new modern furnishings. The kitchen and laundry are all fully equipped, the house has very comfortable beds. The main bathroom has a shower over a small bath, there is a separate toilet room, and the laundry has a 2nd shower & toilet for guest convenience which doubles as a second bathroom.
Perfect for short stays or multiple week holidays, it has all the comforts of home.

Rates from 175 AUD to 350 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 250 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No parties, no neighbour disturbance, municipal required quiet times for outside areas from 11pm - 7am, no parking on lawn, all damages must be reported and guests must reimburse all damages incurred.
