From the Welsh word Mor, meaning sea, comes this beautifully renovated property, only 500m from the sea. The house was originally an older style property with cement sheet cladding, but you would now never know. The only glimpse of it's heritage is the gorgeous original aqua front door with feature round window. The property has been converted into a resort style holiday house, complete with everything you need to relax, including solar heated pool, games room with billiard table and TVs in most rooms. On stepping through the aqua door, you are greeted by a contemporary beach styled entry, mirroring what is to come as you make your way down the hall to the main living area.

-Living Areas-
The main living area is a large, bright, open plan space at the rear of the house, comprising lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast bar. The whole space looks out onto the pool, outdoor deck and separate games room. The living room is beautifully styled with a relaxed feel and has a 65" TV complete with Chromecast and Netflix. There is a reverse cycle split system air conditioner in the living area as well as ducted heating throughout the house.

A long timber dining table can be found in the centre of the space, promising to bring family and friends together, with enough seating for 10 people.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equiped with everything you need to cook up a storm, should you wish to on your holiday. There is even a sandwich maker, blender and of course, the necessary coffee machine for your holiday caffeine hit. Don't forget to bring your own coffee pods. The coffee machine is an Espressotoria Capino which takes Vittoria Coffee pods, available at both Woolworths and Coles.

Double sliding doors from both the living and the dining areas open up to the large undercover deck outside, bringing the outdoors in and connecting the space to the pool area.

Across the backyard is a separate games room with couch, billiard table, 32" TV with built in DVD player, DVD library and bluetooth speaker, for those who can't live without their music.

-Bedrooms-
The property has 4 large bedrooms located either side of the entry hall at the front of the property. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities. The first bedroom has a king size bed and wall mounted 43" smart TV. The second bedroom is ideal for up to 4 kids, with two single bunks. The third bedroom has a king size bed with wall mounted 43"smart TV and ensuite. The ensuite has a shower with choice of handheld shower head or large square rainfall shower head. Bedroom 4 also has a king size bed, wall mounted 43"smart TV and ensuite. The ensuite is slightly larger than ensuite 1 with a larger shower and similar fittings.

-Bathrooms-
The main family bathroom has a free standing egg shaped bath, a large shower enclosure with choice of handheld shower head or large square rainfall shower head and his and hers double vanity. There are two ensuites with shower, single vanity and toilet, in a similar style to the main bathroom. There is also a separate toilet off the main hall. There is a laundry which contains sink, washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

-Outdoor Living-
The solar heated pool with glass balustrade and timber decking is forever inviting from the main living area, drawing you outside. The majority of the backyard consists of timber decking, with small sections of garden, planted with a tropical feel. There is a large undercover verandah and deck stretching along the whole back of the house, overlooking the pool area and across to the separate games room. There is a timber dining table and chairs on the verandah and Weber Q for those summer BBQs by the pool or after a long day at the beach. There is a small section of grass in the backyard, perfect for your pooch to laze around on.

You could spend hours here relaxing by the pool on a wicker sun lounge, watching the kids or enjoying a bottle of local peninsula wine. But, should you wish to leave your own private resort, the safe swimming bayside beach is not far - about a 10 min walk. And, after a walk along the beach or a frolic in the waves, there's an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand.

-Parking-
There is ample room for parking 3-4 cars behind a roller door and enough space for a boat as well.

Please note that the property welcomes pets with a good sized back garden with some lawn. Pets are welcome inside. Please bring your own bedding and bowls. Do not allow pets on furniture or beds.
