This is a lovely modern two bedroom unit right on the beachfront at Bilinga. In a small building with 6 units, it's a beautiful quiet spot to enjoy your holiday.

This unit has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room which open onto the balcony and overlook the beach and walking track. It has a lovely homely and comfortable feel to it and has been furnished beautifully. This unit has an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Within walking distance to public transport and only a short drive to Coolangatta and Tugun where you can find restaurants, shops and cafes you are in a great location. You are also only minutes from the Gold Coast Airport.

Please note that linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) are not provided for this property but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
  • 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.

CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
