2 bedroom home located in the Ecovillage at Currumbin Valley, enjoy everything the village has to offer.
This Currumbin Valley getaway is located in The Ecovillage, you will have everything you need within walking distance including a playground, gym, a large swimming pool suitable for all ages and an onsite cafe. There is a comminity hall that runs yoga, pilates and dance classes and more for a small fee. An organic fruit and veggie market runs every Saturday morning with a larger market that offers local food, craft and art work runs on the second Saturday of the month.
You will be surrounded by wildlife in this 2 bedroom home, enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that wraps around the front of the house with the neighbourhood kangaroos joining you. There is a large kitchen to prepare your local produce collected at the markets so you don't even need to leave the village. The masterbed room is attached to an ensuite and both bedrooms open onto the balcony so you can enjoy the serentiy from the comfort of your bed.
The Ecovillage is a 15 minute drive from the airport but you wont experience any noise other than bird life. The beachfront and shopping including supermarkets, cafes and resturants are all within a 10 minute drive. You will feel like you are on your own private retreat but with the convinience of everything you may need only minutes away, its the best of both worlds.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) are provided for this property.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy
as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are strictly not permitted at this property as this is a designated Council wildlife reserve.

Pricing
Rates from 130 AUD to 300 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 184 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
