The living area leads onto the large sweeping balcony, where you can then step on to the sand directly from the complex and enjoy the day without moving very far from your unit. To add to the wonderful features, Casa Del Rey also has a pool.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and the internal laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. You'll find a spa bath and separate shower in the main bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed plus ensuite and walk in robe, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is secured parking in the basement for one car.
This unit is located just a short distance to local shops and restaurants with public transport within walking distance.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) is not provided for this property but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy
as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Rates from 630 AUD to 1,300 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 179 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
