Modern 2 bedroom apartment located right on Bilinga beachfront, enjoy uninterrupted views of the ocean from the spacious open plan living.
Enjoy this beautifully renovated home away from home. The large living area is ideal for relaxing and taking in the impressive views of Bilinga beach. The lounge opens onto a balcony that steps right onto the beach, with not even a road to cross, the beach is your backyard! The kitchen is well equipped featuring a dishwasher and coffee machine with pods supplied.
The master bedroom has been set up with a tri-bunk (double bed on the bottom and single bed on top) giving the kids extra space to play at the back of the apartment, meaning you can enjoy an uninterrupted glass of wine on the balcony. The master bedroom also boasts an ensuite. The second bedroom has an inviting queen size bed.

Public transport is easily accessed with a bus stop at the front of the building. Coolangatta shops and Tugun are both a 5-10 minute car trip away. The property is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the Gold Coast Airport.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) is not provided for this property but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy
as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Rates from 215 AUD to 360 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 184 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
