Treat yourself to a getaway at this large 3 bedroom house located in Palm Beach Queensland. Set back from the Gold Coast Highway, you are away from the hustle and bustle but still only 300 meters from the beach. The ground floor has a double garage with internal access, 2 bedrooms, laundry and the bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and opens onto the outdoor patio area. The second downstairs bedroom features a single bed with trundle; the trundle bed can be raised to standard bed height and joined to the single bed to create a double bed if required.
The second level is where the main living is; open dining and living open onto a balcony where you can enjoy warm evenings.The kitchen is open plan and is well equipped to make you feel right at home. The master bedroom is located on the second level and features an ensuite with spa bath.
Please note that linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) are not provided for this property but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.
There is a small collection of shops a short walk away on Mawarra Street as well as McDonalds & a 7/11 on the Gold Coast Highway. as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Rates from 150 AUD to 315 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 234 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
