A beautifully presented one bedroom unit, right on Currumbin Beachfront! This top floor unit looks so comfortable and is sure to please on arrival with the lovely furnishings and great views overlooking the beach. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go, and the TV has a built in DVD player.

With the swimming flags close by as well as cafes, Currumbin Surf Club, boutique stores and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary you can leave the car at home. But if you do bring it there's a covered car space under the building for your use. A shared laundry is also available.

Please note that linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) are not provided for this property but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

CONDITIONS
  • Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
  • Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
  • Cleaning Fee: 159 AUD
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 15% of the rental
  • 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
OWNER RULES

We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.

CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
