Waves is a very attractive, modern and luxurious building. Being situated right on the beach you are able to take in the wonderful ocean views and walk to the sand without having to cross roads. The beautiful complex has a pool area - fit for a family holiday.

Unit 203 is positioned on the first floor (mid level) at the western end of the building. Internal features include 3 bedrooms - main with ensuite, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and laundry with washing machine and dryer.The unit is air conditioned, self contained and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The security parking underneath the building is for 1 car.

Linen is provided with this unit (hired linen includes:sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels)

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Rates from 250 AUD to 355 AUD per night

CONDITIONS
  • Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
  • Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
  • Cleaning Fee: 209 AUD
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
  • 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
OWNER RULES

We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.

CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
