Enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of Currumbin beachfront at this two bedroom apartment. The Rocks Resort is located across the road from the beach and a short walk from flagged swimming areas including the famous surf spot Currumbin Alley. From the beginning of June through to the end of September you can enjoy whale watching from the living room or balcony. The resort offers a large swimming pool, 2 spa's, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room. Wifi is included at this property.
The apartment is self contained and fully furnished with everything you need to make this your home away from home. The master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a second queen bed and a single to accommodate
for a maximum of 5 guests.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) is provided at this property. There is basement parking for one car.
**The Rocks Resort will be closing the swimming pool for maintenance from the 21st to the 31st of August 2018, these dates may extend past the 31st of August weather permitting**
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Pricing
Rates from 160 AUD to 300 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 194 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
