This is a fully furnished and self contained unit with ensuite, open plan living space, internal laundry and full access to the resort facilities which include a pool, sauna, 2 spas, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room.
The bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment separated from the main living area. Both bedrooms feature balconies that open onto a forest canopy that make you feel like you're waking amongst the trees. The apartment has excellent natural ventilation.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) are provided at this property. There is basement parking for one car per unit.
**The Rocks Resort will be closing the swimming pool for maintenance from the 21st to the 31st of August 2018, these dates may extend past the 31st of August weather permitting**
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Pricing
Rates from 129 AUD to 358 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 194 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
