The unit is well equipt with all your homely comforts including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The open kitchen and living area is great for socialising. The bedrooms are located upstairs, the main bedroom features a balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean and jumping whales if the season is right. There is a queen bed located in the main bedroom with the second bedroom containing single bunks with a trundle bed, perfect for a family of 5.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) is not provided for this property but can be hired from Burleigh Hire.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy
as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not permitted at this property.

We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
