The top section of the house has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with the main bedroom, 2nd bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The bottom separate section of the house has a main bedroom, 2nd bedroom, living space, bathroom and fridge.
This property has a double lock-up remote controlled garage (tandem style), 2 outdoor decks, laundry and airconditioning.
Within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, public transport, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and local shops in Tugun.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy
as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Rates from 280 AUD to 535 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 289 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
