This large 4 bedroom house is spread over 3 levels and is perfect for the whole family with an open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The very bottom level has a large under-covered area overlooking the pool.
This is a large 4 bedroom modern style house spread over three levels. The top level contains an open plan living and dining area, gourmet kitchen with gas stovetop and dishwasher and balcony access with a gas BBQ and ocean views. This is also where the main bedroom is situated with a balcony, ensuite and spa bath and walk in robe. The top level is also air conditioned.
The middle level has a spacious reading/relaxing area, an ensuited one bedroom with two singles, balcony and internal access to the double lock up garage.
The lower level contains two bedrooms - one double and two singles - with a bathroom, separate lounge area, kitchenette and access to the covered deck and pool area.
This property is situated within close proximity to Currumbin Beach, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, public transport and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels) is not provided for this property but can be hired.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy
as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area " Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Rates from 186 AUD to 415 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 279 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

We do not refund 100% of the booking for any cancellations. The bookings fee is non refundable and all cancellations have a 10% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS: All bookings must be cancelled in writing and to support@aabode.com
A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will apply under ANY and ALL circumstances. The booking fee will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled more than two months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less the 10% admin fee.
If the booking is cancelled less than two months before the arrival date, your deposit + balance will not be refunded unless relet for the same period of time.
In the event of advance bookings being cancelled by the owner and/or agent, a full refund will apply.
Due consideration will be given, in consultation with the owner, to any cancellation at any time occasioned by exceptional circumstances
