This four bedroom, three bathroom house is located in one of Coffs Harbour's most private beach suburbs - away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas within easy reach.

While this house is suitable for anyone wanting a relaxed holiday at the beach, including those with a mobility impairment.

For anyone with a mobility impairment this is an adaptable home as it features the following:

Firstly a sloping path provides wheelchair or easy walking access to the house. The main level of the house has been designed with a queen bedroom and bathroom that can accommodate aids for those who find it difficult to stand in the shower. Then there's the WYMO hoist above the in-ground pool to help wheelchair users in and out of the pool.

This well-equiped accommodation will sleep up to 8 persons. For relaxing indoors, there's comfy lounges and a great selection of DVD's and books. If outdoors is more your thing, you can enjoy the private pool area, a big lawn for playing or relaxing, or a beach which is just a short walk away over the manicured green space which forms part of the property.
