Shambhala is a sophisticated and contemporary 4 bedroom house offering total privacy, absolute quality and elegance.

The main floor of the house is ideally equipped for indoor and outdoor relaxation, cooking and dining. At the centre, is a beautiful open plan living area where you can unwind with a book or your favourite music. Adjoining the living is a kitchen to delight any chef, with Miele electric oven, dish washer, steam oven, dual zone wine fridge and double door fridge and freezer and butler's pantry. With seating for 10 at the indoor dining table, everyone can dine in comfort.

Stepping outside to the courtyard, youll find a private courtyard and tropical 14 metre salt water swimming pool overlooking the ocean and Solitary Islands Marine Park. Here you can enjoy a casual meal prepared in the outdoor kitchen complete with integrated BBQ, dishwasher and bar fridge. An outdoor setting with seating for 10 makes entertaining a breeze.

Also on this level, is a bedroom with private ensuite that can be arranged with king bed or two king singles, depending on your needs.

Upstairs in the family pavilion youll find a comfy lounge area with retractable cinema screen for the home theatre. There is also a powder room for your guests.

Louvered windows throughout the house provide excellent views and ventilation, and the home also has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. The ground floor houses an electronically operated 2-car garage and plenty of storage space.
