Master bedroom located on the upper level provides privacy for the parents with enough space to sleep the little ones (extra bedding or cot available on request). Ensuite includes double shower, large bath tub ideal for long soakings with separate vanity.

The lower level consists of three double bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a double bed all beautifully appointed with built ins and ceiling fans. Main bathroom is also located on this level with shower, bath and separate toilet.

Fully equipped laundry including BOSH washing machine, Electrolux dryer, double sink with access out clothes line and internal garage access.

Double remote garage includes enough space for surfboards and pushbikes alike.

Stroll across the road onto the sands of Casuarina Beach or take an easy walk to Casuarina Town Centre (Coles Shopping Centre and cafes) and the ever popular dining experience of the Spice Den. The Casuarina Rec Club is also close by with gym membership included with this property.
