RATES:
*Weekly rate ( Saturday to Saturday) is $6,000/weekly
Rate displays based on 16 guests.
The four extra guests will cost $50 per person per stay.

The property includes a 6 bedroom mansion, with heating and cooling, 5 bathrooms, cinema room, games room, bar and much more, and a smaller house with 4 (air-conditioned - heating and cooling) bedrooms.
*This is not a party house, no parties allowed.
*Seasonal seven day booking rates will apply throughout December 2019 and January 2020

There are beaches, bush walks and the property just a little over 5 minutes drive to Batemans Bay city centre.
